Design-led flexible office space operator Uncommon has bought Templar House in Holborn for £80 million.

Formerly the home of London Underground Ltd, the 140,000 sq. ft. building will become Uncommon’s flagship site, providing flexible workspace for over 2,000 people.

Templar House, which takes its names from the nearby Temple Church, built by the Knights Templar in 1118, is located just 500 feet from Holborn Underground Station (Central and Piccadilly lines), whilst also situated on the arterial route linking the City to the West End.

Templar House also benefits from short walking distances to Tottenham Court Road (Central and Northern lines) and Farringdon Rail Station (Thameslink), both of which form part of the new London Crossrail (Elizabeth) line.
