Distinctive By Design

Working alongside Waugh Thistleton Architects and Daytrip Studio, we created The Black & White Building as a vision for what future Work Spaces should look like.

Embracing innovative construction processes and sustainable materials, we’ve significantly reduced our carbon footprint in comparison to equivalent concrete structures.

With a focus on wellness, this Work Space also offers a yoga studio, roof terrace and a variety of creative work environments.

Considered design

Look closely at the timber shading fins that line the exterior of The Black & White Building – you’ll notice they tilt as they climb upwards, allowing for optimum heat and natural light throughout the Work Space while offering stunning views over Shoreditch and London.

We have also installed eighty solar panels on the roof to generate renewable energy. This considered engineering balances function and form, saves on electricity and heating, and automatically reduces your business’s operational carbon footprint.

Statement space

We teamed up with Daytrip Studio for the interiors of The Black & White Building and set about mirroring the exterior with exposed timber and honest, warm materials.

Stunning furniture and design installations are even dotted around the lounge, created by local designers and young students using sustainable materials. The result is a harmonious creator’s retreat in the middle of a bustling community.

Outdoor space

The rooftop terrace at The Black & White Building is an organic extension of the natural materials used inside.

Ideal for spilling out into the open air on a summer’s day, it offers stunning cityscape views – away from the hustle and bustle of city life – and the ideal spot for your next company event.

Fitness offer

A first-of-its-kind for TOG, the on-site yoga-and-barre studio at The Black & White Building offers a calming, sunlit environment where members can recharge in a serene space away from the buzz and bustle of Shoreditch.

With 94 bike storage spaces, close proximity to the cycle superhighway and fully stocked showers on-site, there’s a nurtured chance for a healthier commute or lunchtime workout in the middle of the city.
